The 11th KFFC’s screening of Riceboy Sleeps (2022, Canada) by Anthony Shim will take place at Dazibao on Friday, May 24th from 6 PM to 8 PM.Riceboy Sleeps received nominations from four Canadian film festivals and critics groups: Toronto International Film Festival (2022), Vancouver International Film Festival (2022), Toronto Film Critics Association Awards (2022), and Vancouver Film Critics Circle (2023). It won awards from each one, such as TIFF’S Platform Prize, VIFF’s Best Canadian Film Award, and TFCA’s Rogers Best Canadian Feature Award.
