This category of 12th KFFC will feature:

HOLE (Hwang Hye-in, 2023, 24 min), An award-winning film at La Cinef.

The Jinju Hair Salon (Kangyu Ga-ram, 2015, 6 min), screened at the Seoul Independent Film Festival.

The Recorder Exam (Kim Bora, 2011, 28 min), won Best Student Film at Aspen Shortsfest and was invited to Busan, Clermont-Ferrand and more.

Cartwheel (Ahn Ju-yeong, 2014, 31 min), presented by another talented graduate of KAFA.

Suzi (Kim Sin-jeong, 2014, 7 min), while not widely distributed, has developed a cult following for its fearless energy. It’s a bold, no-frills portrayal of girlhood — and a jolt of adrenaline with one of the early works of Park So-dam.These films don’t explain or resolve — instead, they capture the messiness of teen life in raw, kinetic snapshots.
