Maruchi and Arachi have lived in a cave ever since their grandfather had been killed by Blue Skull 13. Master Yang and Teacher Jang who stumble on them while they are trying to find their way in the mountains decide to take them back with them and teach them to study and practice taekwondo. Maruchi is wounded by an unidentified monster that breaks into the taekwondo championship venue, but Maruchi and Arachi follow the monster back to the lair of the Blue Skulls and attack them, only to fail. Meanwhile, Maruchi and Arachi go as bodyguards for Professor Jang to the World Nuclear Physicists' Conference which is being held on the east coast. They are attacked by a school of sharks and robotic sea lions that belong to Blue Skull 13 who kidnap Professor Jang, while Maruchi goes missing. Maruchi is rescued by Yuri, a mermaid, and then ends up locating the secret hideout of the Blue Skulls, but fails to capture them once again. Maruchi and his gang chase the Blue Skulls who have run off to the Himalayas and eventually rescue Princess Sonya of the Himalaya Snowlands, who was being held hostage, by defeating Blue Skull 13 with taekwondo.
